In accordance with and to the effects of Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (the Italian Data Protection Law), the Customer notes and expressly approves the following as regards the personal data that are supplied to Farmacia Legnani S.r.l., the owner of website www.farmacialegnani.it., and which are then processed.
Data collected. The personal data collected are solely those supplied by the data subject in compiling the application form for the delivery of the service.
Purposes of processing. The ordinary and sensitive personal data will be processed and used for the accounting and administrative management of the contract or the service, including accounting records and entries, the performance of the contract, compliance with obligations laid down in laws, regulations or Community legislation, instructions given by authorities empowered to do so by the law and by supervisory and control bodies, the fulfilment of contracts with suppliers, the transfer of goods and the delivery of services and the observance of statutory, contractual and legal obligations in the framework of the activities of Farmacia Legnani S.r.l. Among these purposes are:
to send the data subject informative or publicity material and send messages, including interactive messages;
to carry out activities connected with selling or placing goods or services;
statistical studies and research regarding sales, customers and other information, marketing work and possibly to inform third parties of these activities;
to transmit the data collected and processed in this manner to third parties for lawful commercial and/or statistical purposes and also with a view to the sale of goods or services.
The data supplied will be processed and kept by InnovaB Srl in accordance with the rules in force with regard to the above purposes and for any future dealings that may be entered into, unless the data subject expressly revokes its permission to process the data.
Method of processing. The data are processed by means of any operation or combination of operations among those specified in Article 4, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 196/2003, with the assistance of manual or digital tools; the data supplied will be kept on magnetic media or in hard copy form, always in compliance with the minimum security requirements laid down by law and may be disclosed to the employees, advisors and external lawyers of the firm appointed to process them with regard to the aspects of interest to them as well as with regard to the administrative and tax management of the relationship.
Supplying the data. The data subject is free to supply or not to supply his personal data.
Refusal to supply personal data. If a person refuses to divulge his personal data he cannot use the on-line sales services of the www.farmacialegnani.it website.
Disclosure of data. The personal data supplied may be disclosed to employees, external advisors, accountants, lawyers, banks and services and consultancy firms. In the framework of its activity, InnovaB may also disclose the data supplied to third parties that have been appointed to carry out work directly connected with and instrumental to the delivery of services on the part of Farmacia Legnani, or to third parties with whom it has entered into business arrangements necessary for the diffusion and growth of the services to be delivered.
Transmission of personal data abroad. The personal data supplied may be transmitted abroad in compliance with current law.

Rights of data subjects: Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 gives data subjects the following rights:
to receive confirmation whether or not the personal data relating to them exist, even if they are not yet recorded, and to have them communicated to them in intelligible form;
to be informed of the source of the personal data;
to be informed of the purposes and the manner of processing;
to be informed of the logic involved if their data are processed electronically;
to be informed of the identity of the data controller, of the data officer and of the representative designated in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 196/2003;
to be informed of the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been transmitted, or who may come to know them in their capacities as representative, data officer or processors;
to have the data updated, rectified or, if it is in the data subjects’ interest, added to;
to have data that have been processed in breach of the law erased, changed into an anonymous form or blocked, including data that do not need to be stored in the light of the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
to receive a certificate stating that the requirements set out in the two previous paragraphs, including their content, have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been transmitted or disclosed, unless this measure proves to be impossible or involves a clearly disproportionate use of resources in relation to the right that is safeguarded;
to object, either totally or partially, on legitimate grounds to the processing of their personal data, even if these grounds relate to their collection;
to object to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of sending publicity material, selling direct, carrying out market research or sending marketing messages.
The data supplied may be verified on request and may be updated and/or rectified by sending a letter or fax or also by e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@farmacialegnani.it. The erasure of the personal data that have been supplied may be requested by the same means.
If Farmacia Legnani Srl is asked to erase the personal data that have been supplied, it shall do so at once without any further notice or communications. If the data erased were necessary for the delivery of services or in connection with existing relationships, erasure may entail the immediate termination of such services or relationships.
